Starting Judo aged 4, Danny re-located to the renowned Camberley Judo Club in his late teens to pursue his ambition of becoming a full time international athlete. Now retired from serious competition, his career highlights included representing Great Britain at the Olympics and becoming Commonwealth Games Champion. He is now coaching and still trains daily across Judo, Jiu-Jitsu and Muay-Thai.

Hanumantra switched his full focus to tattooing after finishing his competitive days across numerous combat sports. Establishing himself as a forerunning figure of the global tattoo scene; his work has been featured in all the leading industry conventions, media outlets and his list of clientele travel from all over the earth to take advantage of his expertise. He still trains daily.

While the concept of Kosmos was years in the making, it was when both lads were retired from competition that an old idea resurfaced. The conversations began to mimick those of the car journeys to training sessions years earlier; what gear they liked, what they felt stood for something, how kit could be improved. Designs were drawn up, samples were made, products were pushed to their limits.

The idea of ‘uniting art and athletics’ is itself an ancient one. Our aim is to bring it firmly into the modern era with unique design, premium products, and utilising the founders’ understanding of both fields. Hanumantra and Danny have an immensely wide pool of highly motivated and interesting peers.
